Hello Sweet Angels,

      Are you dealing with the stress and worry of an illness or difficult life situation?  Is it hard to believe that this would be necessary for you to experience?  Sweet Ones, simply choose again! You can do this! Close your eyes and visualize, laying back and relaxing into the supportive, healing hands of God/Goddess/All That Is. This big huge pair of tender, soft, loving hands. {We have a teacup Chihuahua and I holder her tiny body between my hands to get a real visual of this visualization. She looks up at me with her sweet, trusting eyes and I know she can feel my love for her. She allows me to comfort her by gently stroking her neck and face with one finger. If you remember the childhood story of Thumbelina then you have seen this visualization. How she walked in the palm of her Mother's hand and hugged her thumb with total love and trust.} This is a way of settling into the Oneness that is our Source.

      Feeling... truly feeling... supported... protected... and totally safe. Once you are there, choose again. Express your gratitude to the Universe/All That Is, that you are healed of this situation. Do this as often as you can think of it. It only takes a minute and it makes all the difference in the world! I promise you, this is the best way that I have found in keeping fear out of my issues and my life. Whenever a fearful thought begins to brew, I think of me cuddled up in the fetal position (the way I sleep) in the palms of these hands. Being carried in total love and support. I let it go and know that God is dealing with all that will bring me my highest good. :) No matter what it looks like.
